Villa Mirador offers our most spectacularly views of Lake Atitlan. Newly constructed and designed by a respected local Guatemalan architect, with the utmost care using local materials. Rich original artwork and cypress wood lends luxurious warmth to this villa.

The spacious and high-ceilinged living area features a corner wood-burning fireplace with an expansive outdoor terrace, giving you the option to lounge or dine either in or outdoors.

Villa Mirador has two bedrooms and a large open studio that can be converted into another sleeping area, accommodating up to six guests.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, converts into 2 twin beds that faces a curved wall of windows overlooking the lake and volcanoes. The adjoining bathroom and dressing area is richly appointed using wood, marble and glass.

The second bedroom upstairs is furnished with a queen-size bed and sleeper sofa and adjoining bathroom. The upstairs bedroom also has a spacious, and private open-air terrace perfect for enjoying the sunset. 

Note: this villa is high above the lake, and has many stairs.

entire amount fourteen days in advance on certain holidays or
busy weekends.
Room Availability Is Subject To Change: The availability of
some villas is subject to change at any time without notice
depending on the needs of the management.
Cancellation Policy. If the room is cancelled less than two
weeks prior to arrival date, the charges of the full amount will be
assessed unless we are able to rebook the room, in which case
you will be fully reimbursed.

Note: Until confirmed rates and availability are subject to change without notice, higher rates may apply during Easter, Christmas, and New Year. Only rent paid in full previous arrival guarantee the reservation.
