Come an experience the uniqueness of a magical piece of land created by the same wood artist that built all the woodwork in Gianni Versace mansion in Miami Beach. Between him and his wife, a very talented ceramic artist, they created a magical paradise. Located in the Northern shore of Lake Atitlan, you can see spectacular sunsets and picturesque landscapes. You have to come and experience it for yourself!!

This house has  one bedroom, with a bed for two people.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and one bathroom. This house has a living area in its porch where you'll have volcano and lake views. You will definitely get great photograph backgrounds from here!!

Almost all ceramic and wood work was done by the previous owners of the house themselves; you'll find many eye-catching details in its decoration.

You will be able to access the house you rent, the laundry room and the garden.  This house is part of a complex of three spaces that are available for rent vacational and long term rentals. We as hosts help you in troubleshooting during your stay.
