Third floor has its private balcony, little office corner, fire place, day bed, bathroom with shower coming out of the rocks
Fourth floor masterbedroom with direct view to the volcano, vaulted concrete ceiling, balcony, bathroom with tub.
The house as extensive outside paved terraces with view to the lake and volcanos, bottom of the hill large flat lawn and direct access to the lake. No suited for people with difficulty to walk or climb stairs.
Ideal for family with grown up kids.
