Atitlan Solutions Rentals division, is the first vacation rentals management company in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Our office is located in the heart of Panajachel, Calle Santander and we are established since August 2003.
Atitlan Solutions Rentals portofolio provides you with an extensive array of property listings of waterfront houses, apartment or condos, for rent around Lake Atitlán.
Most of our houses are fully furnished and equiped. Some includes TV, internet, telephone, laundry rooms, gardener and maid service.

We manage several of the properties we are renting and our staff is higly involved in making sure your stay will be memorable.
